A. Information that We Collect from Users of the Convertro Site

The Convertro Site provides information about our company and the services we offer. You can access this information on public areas of this Site without telling us who you are.

Information that We Collect Automatically

We and our third party partners gather certain information automatically when you visit this Site and store that information in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We and our third party partners may use cookies and other technologies, as described below, to collect this anonymous data.

Anonymous data may be used for purposes including delivering to you banner advertisements and other advertising tailored to your interests when you visit certain websites and selecting offers and products to display to you when you visit this Site. We may also use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer this Site, to track users’ movements around this Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

In addition, we may use this anonymous data to track the movements of a User’s devices across multiple websites, either during a continuous online session or when such devices return later, even if such User deletes cookies from his/her browser or sets his/her browser to reject cookies.

We may share this anonymous data with third parties.

In order to receive more information about Convertro, you may choose to voluntarily provide us, through a webform, email message or other communication, with “personally identifiable information,” such as your name, company information, email address or telephone number, which allows you to be directly or indirectly identified (“PII”). We will not share your PII with third parties for any purpose without your permission except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We may use such PII for business development purposes, and we may require you to provide this PII in order to receive additional information from us, such as white papers, reports, studies or other materials. We may also use this PII to retarget advertising to you, or to deliver announcements to you from us or about products or services we believe may be of interest to you, including special offers or newsletters. If we send you such communications electronically, we will include a way to opt out of receiving future such communications. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted advertisements, you may opt-out by clicking here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic advertisements. You may also contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy to request not to receive any more such communications.

Social Media

Our Site includes social media features, such as buttons and widgets that allow Users to interface with other sites or services, including Facebook, Twitter and others. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on this Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the applicable social media service.

Forums and Blogs

We may, from time to time, allow Users to post to public areas of our Site, such as comments on forums or blogs. If we do, and you choose to post to these areas, you should be aware that any PII that you provide can be read, collected, or used by other visitors to these areas. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility as to, how these visitors use such information. If we do provide such public areas for posting, you will be able to request removal of your posting by contacting us online or writing to us at the mailing address specified at the end of this Privacy Policy.

From time to time we may request your participation in a survey, which may be conducted by a third party on our behalf. Your participation in any such survey is completely voluntary. The requested information may include contact information, including the contact’s name, email address, title and organization. We may use this information to better understand our user base or to make changes to our Site or services.

B. Information that We Collect from Users of Client Sites

We provide services to our Clients that may include the collection and analysis of anonymous data from their Client Site(s). We may use this anonymous data to track the movements of a User’s devices across multiple websites, either during a continuous online session or when such devices return later, even if such User deletes cookies from his/her browser or sets his/her browser to reject cookies.

Based on this data, we create reports and analyses that we provide to our Clients concerning the browsing activities of User devices across Client Site(s) and other websites and/or online advertisements to allow Clients to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their different kinds of advertising. We also use this data in aggregate form for purposes of internal research and to create studies which we make accessible to third parties. We do not link this data pertaining to User devices to particular individual persons.

We collect information from Client Sites under the direction of our Clients and have no direct relationship with the Users of the Client Sites whose personal information we process.
