We have a powerful proprietary tagging system that allows us to follow the user path to conversion across multiple channels, and we employ sophisticated techniques to identify users who have switched devices, deleted cookies, or otherwise broken the path that led to their conversion across different devices. We call this feature “cross-device matching”.
